
Sweet thick Chili made for gout relief

Steps

1/2 lb of lean ground turkey, add any spice to taste keeping in mind to make lower sodium content. I used A1 dry rib, season salt, and worchester. Set aside in fridge for 30 minutes.

Boil the whole wheat pasta 1/3 of the way, for about full boil 15 minutes.

Use 1/2 box of frozen spinach and boil until tender.

Chop up mushrooms, onions and bell pepper.

Turn off the boiling for whole wheat pasta and spinach.

Fry up the marinated turkey until completely cooked, and sautee onion pepper and mushroom mix. Until the veggies are tender. Then add mild chili powder.

Add a full can of tomatoes and green chilis, the 1/2 pack of spinach, and pasta to the mix. Then add vegetable juice.

Chop up about 1 ounce of fresh ginger amd cook for about 30 more minutes. Serve when cooled.

This helps not only with strength but to illiminate beef from a diet without giving up flavor. The ginger is also good for arthritis. Also i added 5 small dots of habenero sauce in a full pot of chili. This also helps lower high blood pressure if you can handle the spice.
