Steps

Take a bowl add gram flour, salt, curd, eno, turmeric powder, and water mix well to form a semi thick batter.

Heat a steamer and grease the tin.

Pour the mixture in tin and steam it for 15 to 20 minutes.

After cooling de mould it and cut it in required shape.

For tempering :- heat oil add mustard seeds, curry leaves let them splutter till that time mix water and lemon juice and sugar.Mix well and dissolve the sugar.

Spread this Mixture on dhokla and decorate with red Chilli powder, decicated coconut, and corrainder leaves.

Gujrati Dhokla are ready to serve.
