Ingredients

  • 2 cupwater
  • 1 cupbesan
  • to tastesalt
  • to tastered chilli
  • 1 pinchhing
  • 1 tspcumin
  • 2 tbspoil

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix all ingredients except oil andmake a thin batter.

  2. 2

    Heat a pan add oil and place this mixture,stir continuously till a thick consistency

  3. 3

    Pour this on a greased thali and cool it,cut and serve with curd.
