Take a black iron pan. Put into oil and heat it.

After that put into zeera, coriander powder,ginger paste,garam masla,cumin powder and fried into for 3 min.

After that put into tomato paste and also heat it.

When the masala look like heated put into salt,garam masala powder,coriander powder,red chilli powder and mix well.

After that put into black boiled chane and also mix well.

In the end put into Besan and some water to mix well.and cover with a lid for 5 min in the sim flame.

After that see the chane and mix well again and off the flame.

Decorate with green coriander leaf.

If u want more yumny put into amchur powder.
