Ingredients

Hand full of chopped curly kale
1/4orange pepper
1/2an orange. Peeled and sliced
Handfull sugar snap peas
1/4chopped cucumber
Handfulchickpeas. Tinned
Handfulprawns. Or tofu
Splasholive oil
Splashfish dauce
Handfultinned chickpeas
S and P

Make a base of the kale.

Layer all other veg. Fish. Tofu.

Sprinkle with olive oil and fish sauce.

Give a shake!

Serve with whole-wheat pitta.
