Ingredients

  • Hand full of chopped curly kale
  • 1/4orange pepper
  • 1/2an orange. Peeled and sliced
  • Handfull sugar snap peas
  • 1/4chopped cucumber
  • Handfulchickpeas. Tinned
  • Handfulprawns. Or tofu
  • Splasholive oil
  • Splashfish dauce
  • Handfultinned chickpeas
  • S and P

Steps

    Make a base of the kale.

  2. 2

    Layer all other veg. Fish. Tofu.

  3. 3

    Sprinkle with olive oil and fish sauce.

  4. 4

    Give a shake!

    Add s and p

  6. 6

    Serve with whole-wheat pitta.
