Steps

For smoothie: first make a powder of hemp seeds then blend banana raspberry and honey well. Then add curds and milk to it and blend well.

For omelette: break two eggs into a bowl add pepper and salt beat it well till it froths well. Add butter in a pan and pour the eggs into the pan and close with lid and cook well on both sides.

Serve both together as breakfast.
