Ingredients

30 minutes
  • Halfa cauliflower, cut
  • 3small carrots, cut
  • 1tomato, cut
  • Quarter of a kabocha, cut
  • Olive oil
  • Salt
  • Thyme

Steps

30 minutes
  1. 1

    Put everything in a tray.

  2. 2

    Sprinkle some salt, oil and thyme. Not too much, just enough to cover the veggies.

  3. 3

    Give it a good mix.

  4. 4

    Bake in a preheated oven 200°c for 3o minutes.

  5. 5

    Serve.
