Squeeze out all the water from potato, spread it on a plate

Add cornflour black pepper powder,chilli flakes,salt and mix well

Heat the paniyaram pan and grease it with generous amount of oil

Take small amount of potato mixture and spread it out on pan

Let them cook on law flame till the bottom nice and brown

Arrange paniyaram katories in plate served with pudina chutney,onion,curd tamarind chutney,bikaneri bhujiya,Grated cheese
