Ingredients

  • 200 gmushroom cut into two pieces
  • 100 gmater
  • 4 big size onion slissed
  • 1 tspgarlic paste
  • 1 tspginger paste
  • 2 green chillies chopped
  • 1 tspcumin roasted powder
  • 11/4 tspblack pepper powder
  • 1 tspkasuri methi
  • 2 tsppoppy seeds + 6 cashew paste
  • 11/4 tspred chillies powder
  • to tastesalt
  • as requiredCooking oil

Steps

  1. 1

    First, heat the khadhai add 2 to 3 tsp oil add onion & green chillies saute till light brown.Make a paste.

  2. 2

    Caschew & almond shoked around 5 tsp of water for 15 min then make a paste.

  3. 3

    Now heat the khadhai add oil add ginger garlic paste saute few min add onion paste saute few min add dry spices saute few min add curd saute again few min add caschew & poppy seeds paste & casturimethi cook few min add green pea cook few min now add mushroom cook till mushroom properly cooked now add garam masala powder now turn of the gass.serve it own choice chapati & paratha or puri.
