Ingredients

  1. 2 csugar
  2. 1 coil
  3. 3eggs
  4. 2 1/3 cflour
  5. 1 tsalt
  6. 1 tbaking soda
  7. 1/2 tbaking powder
  8. 3 tvanilla
  9. 2 tcinnamon
  10. 2/3 cnuts
  11. 2 cgrated zucchini

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix 1st 3 ingredients.

  2. 2

    Add remaining ingredients. Mix well.

  3. 3

    Pour into 2 greased and floured loaf pans. (if short on zucchini, add some water – batter is supposed to be pretty thin.)

  4. 4

    Bake at 350’ for 45 minutes.

  5. 5

    Cool. Remove from pans.
