Steps

Mix all the ingredient well except oil,curry leaves and mustard seeds

Heat the pan and add oil then add mustard seeds and curry leaves

Take another pan and add oil and add the mixture of besan
- 4
Stir it continously till mixture becomes hard
- 5
Now take a big plate brush it with oil on it's opposite side and pour besan batter
- 6
Flatten it as u can wait 5min now cut it and mkae rolls and garnish with. Mustard tadka and serve
