Heat the oil and add mustard seed, curry leaves,green chilli,urad dal and mix it in a low flame

Now add all the onions and mix it well then add green piece and mix it then add carrot to it and mix well

Add suji in the mixture and fry it for 1 minute

Add oats and fry it for 1 minute

Add water and salt to it

Add lemon by squeezing it from the top and add hare dhania also

Serve it on a plate and enjoy
