Peel and mash the overripe plantains

Add butter, sugar and egg and mix well

Add the flour and mix

Gradually add the milk or luke warm water, mixing consistently until you achieve a spreadable mix

Heat a frying pan and add one tbsp of oil

When the oil is heated, scoop the batter into the pan, allowing it to spread

When the top starts producing bubbles, then, it's time to flip over and let the other side cook

Removes the pancaked and repeat steps 6 & 7 until you exhaust your batter

Enjoy your pancakes on its own or with any other beverage of choice.
