Along with rice have added chana, urad, arhar and chola daal to make it nutritious.
Steps

Mix all daal and rice and make coarse flour out of it. Soak flour in curd and required water for 8 hours. Add washed and chopped methi to it.

Add salt turmeric and sugar. Mix it into one direction. Add garlic chilli paste. Add fruit salt and mix it nicely.

Grease a plate and add batter. Sprinkle some red chilli powder over it.

Steam it for 15-20 minutes once cool cut into equal size pieces.

Chop chilli and coriander. Add oil in a pan. Add mustard seeds once hot. Once splutters add chopped chilli and coriander. Add dhokla to tadka and mix gently.

Enjoy multi pulses methi dhokla with tea or coffee.
