Ingredients

  • 1/2 cupgrated gobhi
  • 1/2 cup grated paneer
  • 1/2 cup boiled and mashed potatoes
  • 1/2 cupchopped onion
  • 2green chillies chopped
  • 2 tspgreen coriander chopped
  • To taste salt
  • 1/4 tspred chilli powder
  • 1/4 tspparantha masala
  • 1/2 tspajwain/carom seeds
  • 1/4 tspkasuri methi
  • 2 tspbutter
  • 2 tspoil
  • 2balls wheat dough

Steps

  1. 1

    Take a bowl add all ingredients mix.

  2. 2

    Take a dough and roll it flat and stuff stuffing masala roll on rolling pin.

    Then add mixed parantha in hot tawa apply oil both sides and make a crispy parantha.

    Then serve mixed parantha with butter.
