Cooking Instructions

First boil the potato and peas till it's well cooked. Crumble them without mashing and keep aside.

In a bowl mix together with ajwain,salt,ghee,in flour.rub the flour well to get mix with the ghee well.add little by little amount of water and mix well with the flour to a smooth dough. Cover aside for 15 mins.

Heat the oil or ghee in a kadhai,and add cumin seeds. When it's begins to crackle,add ginger paste,and fry until it's aroma come out of the oil. Next add cashew and raisin,and fry for a while. Now add potatoes and peas mashed,and all the spices given. along with the salt. Mix and saute for 3 to 5 mins also mix chopped coriander leaves and let it cool

To make samosa knead it to a smooth dough.Make 4 to 5 portion and round a ball. Grease the rolling area and flatten the ball. With an oval shape if you want to make a normal cone samosa. For rolling samosa gently roll it to a thin down and make a rectangular shape and cut in strips in the edges only on 1 side on the other side fill the stuff and roll ir into a round shape and join the edges with little amount of flour mix. For making cone samosa cut it into two portion gently.

Spread a little bit of water to join the edges to make it a cone.Fill the cone with potatoes and spices masala and smear water on edges.

Heat oil or ghee in Kadhai until it's medium hot.Add the samosa in the oil and deep fry them until it's golden brown. Fry till it's gets crispy. And take out from the kadhai and drained them in a tissue paper. Serve it chutney or sauce.
