  • 250 gramdal
  • 1 tspginger garlic paste
  • 2tomato
  • 1onion
  • 1/2 tspcoriander powder
  • 1/2 tspjeera powder
  • 1/2 tspred chilli powder
  • 1 tspkasoori methi
  • 1/2 tspgaram masala powder
  • Taste to salt
  • 1 tspturmeric powder
  • Little bit coriander leaves

Steps

  1. 1

    Boil the daal along with salt and turmeric

  2. 2

    Fry onion add tomatoes to the oil and fry all the masala Put the dal in it.

  3. 3

    Put the garam masala powder, kasoori methi powder, fry onion and coriander leaves from top.
