Ingredients

30 minutes

5 servings

1/2 kgmeat
8medium potatoes
3large tomatoes
1large onion
Oil
Garlic paste
Yorghurt

Steps

30 minutes

Fry onion till brown then add meat & tomatoes.

Add potatoes after 10 minutes & cook for another 20 minutes.

Taste to ensure it is well cooked, then add the vanilla yorghurt & simmer for 2 minutes.

Serve with rice.
