Carrot Poha
Steps

Wash poha and soak in water in seive or any deep plate.(15 minutes at least)

Heat oil in kadhai, add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, when it crackle add Asafoetida then add chopped green chillies,Curreyleaves saute add chopped onion and saute it till it turns transparent then add grated carrot and stir it.

Add salt, sugar, turmeric pwder in it mix it well. Add soaked poha in it mix it add powdered peanut again mix it. Cook it for 3-4 minutes off the flame and pour lemon juice in it and mix it properly.

Garnish with chopped coriander leaves and sev. Serve hot.
