Ingredients

  • 250 gpaneer
  • 3chopped onion
  • 2chopped tomato
  • 2chopped green chilli
  • To tastesalt
  • 1 tspturmeric powder
  • 1 tspred chilli powder
  • 1/2 tspgaram masala
  • oil as needed

Steps

  1. 1

    Take a pan on gas and add two spoon oil.heat it.

  2. 2

    Add chopped onion and fry till brown. Add chopped tomato and green chilli mix well. Then mix turmeric powder and red chilli powder and salt and mix it.

  3. 3

    Then add crushed paneer and mix well and spread garam Masala.

  4. 4

    Paneer Burji is ready.
