Green peas Dhokla
Steps

First in a mixer jar add green peas and grind them to make paste.

In a bowl add gram flour, green peas paste and all ingredients of batter (mentioned in batter section)and mix well.

Add required water and make batter.heat a small tempering pan heat tsp of oil and add baking soda immediately pour into the batter and mix in one direction quickly.

Meanwhile Preheat a dhokla steamer and grease it's plate with little oil.pour batter in greased plate and steam for 12 -15 mins on high heat.

Heat oil in a tempering pan,add mustard seeds, urad dal,green chilli,let them splutter add hing and pour the tempering on all over the prepared dhokla.

Cut it into pieces and garnish with fresh coriander and with cheese.

Protein rich green peas dhokla is ready to serve.
