Ingredients

2 servings
  • 200 gm tomato
  • 1brinjal cut it into 4
  • 1 ouncematar
  • 2slited chillies
  • 1" ginger
  • 1 tsphaldi
  • salt accordingly
  • 2 tbspraisins
  • thoda jaggery
  • fortadka below ingredients
  • 1 tspsaunf
  • 1/2 tspmethi
  • 1/2 tsprai
  • 7 to 8curry patta
  • 1/2 tspjeera
  • 1red chilli
  • 4 tbspoil

Steps

  1. 1

    Wash and cut tamatoes.

    Put oil in kadhai add all tadka ingredients,brinzal and matar

    Add tamotoes.jaggery,salt,haldi and raisins

    Cover it for 20 minutes. serve with rice or chapati.
