Steps

Wash spinach and coriander. Add buttermilk, green chilli and make coarse paste in mixture.

Add besan and mix well. Take it in a mug. Add semolina, molgapodi, salt, chilli powder and mix well. Add water if required.

Add chopped onion and tomatoes. Mix well. Top it with muesli. That's optional.

Microwave for 2 minutes at 540. Check it if required further for 1/2 minute.

Top it with crushed peanuts. Enjoy this authentic fusion breakfast hot with coffee or tea. Have a rocking day..
