For the snail Stew: spice diced snail with pepper,tomato, salt, cube seasoning and cook for 20 minutes

Heat pot,pour veg oil,add onion and stir fry for a minute then add garlic and Ginger.

Add tomato and pepper,stir continuously till sauce is dry out

Add snail and stock, allow to cook for 5-7mins.

For the steamed spinach: cut your spinach and wash with salt,heat pan and add the vegetable,onion and little salt, allow to steam

Serve with white rice
