Peel and grate potatoes in very small grater. Or crush them into grinding jar.

Add into a bowl and add wheat flour, plain flour and all dry spices. (just lightly roast jira and mustard on tawa and then crush them, this will give you a nice flavor) Mix once, add oil, and lemon juice. Mix well and add enough water to bind stiff dough. Leave it for 5-10min. Then knead the dough. If needed then only add some oil and knead it nicely. And prepare balls from it.

Roll them all to medium thick roti. (This measure makes 5-6 paratha, medium sized)

Heat tawa and add paratha. Cook on 1st side dry then add oil and saute on medium to low heat until light brown both sides.

Serve with chutney, curd, tea, coffee or fruit juice. Or sent this to your child for lunch box.
