Fried liver with ugali and kachumbari

Cut liver to pieces the wash and boil for 20 mins. Drain excess water then on a non stick pan add cooking oil. Add the liver and fry till a bit crunchy. Add onions the tomatoes then add green pepper. Add some salt then cook for a while

For the ugali, Bring your water to a boil, Add flour gradually and stir to a stiff soft dough. let it heat up

For the kachumbari, finely chop and wash the onion in warm salty water. Drain the water and rinse again using fresh water
Mix onions with diced tomatoes. Squeeze half lemon juice, sprinkle a little salt and mix well.
