Ingredients

  • 1 cupchopped cucumber
  • 1/2 cupchopped onion
  • 1/2 cupchopped tomato
  • 1/2 cupgrated carrot
  • 1/4 cupCoriander leaves
  • 1/2 cuppomegranate
  • 1/2 cuproasted Peanuts
  • 1/2 cupboondi
  • 1 tsplemon juice
  • 1 tspChilli powder
  • 1/2 tspsugar
  • 10-15fryums
  • to tasteSalt

Steps

  1. 1

    In the mixing bowl add chopped onion, cucumber, tomatoes, grated carrot, Coriander leaves, salt, sugar, chilli powder mix well add roasted peanuts, pomegranate, lemon juice, crushed fryums,mix and transfer to serving plate add boondi, garnish with fryums. Enjoy immediately.
