Ingredients

2 servings
  1. 1 cupFor curry:Soya beanseeds
  2. 3table spoons oil
  3. 1 tea spoonCumin seeds
  4. Ginger -garlic paste 1table spopn
  5. 1 tea spoonRed chilli paste
  6. 1 tea spoonTurmeric powder
  7. 2 tea spoonCoriander powder
  8. 4 table spoonTomato puree
  9. 1 tea spoonGaram masala
  10. 1 tea spoonAmchur powder
  11. Salt as per taste
  12. For Kulcha:
  13. 2 cupsmaida
  14. 1 tea spoonsalt
  15. 1 tea spoonsugar
  16. 1/2 cupcurd
  17. 1 table spoonoil
  18. 1 table spoonchopped coriander leaves

Steps

  1. 1

    Soak soyabean seeds for 1hour and boil till soft.

  2. 2

    Heat oil in a pan.Add cumin seeds.

  3. 3

    Add ginger garlic paste,stir and add all the spices exept amchur powder.

  4. 4

    Stir,add 1/2cup water and cook on low flame till oil separates.

  5. 5

    Add boiled soya bean seeds,mix well.

  6. 6

    Add 2cup water and cook on low flame for 12-15 minutes.

  7. 7

    Add amchur powder,mix and adjust water to your desired consistency.

  8. 8

    Soya bean curry is ready to serve.

    For Kulcha:Take maida in a bowl,add all the ingredients.

  10. 10

    Make a soft dough using lukewarm water.

  11. 11

    Cover the dough and leave for 1hour.In winters the time may extend from 1to 2hours.

  12. 12

    Aftet 1hour,punch the dough again and make 6-7 portions.

  13. 13

    Roll each portion to 1cm thick kulcha,wet one side and sprinkle some coriander leaves.

  14. 14

    Put on a heated tawa,cover and cook for 2minutes on low flame.

  15. 15

    Cook another side of kulcha in same manner.

  16. 16

    Kulcha is ready,you may apply some ghee on kulcha (optional).

  17. 17

    Serve kulcha with soyabean curry.
