Make sure that the wanton skin is properly thaw. Separate the layers of the wanton skin and lay it on a flat surface.

Prepare the filling - mix the minced chicken, white pepper, salt and coriander.

Take around 1 tbsp of the filling and lay it on the wanton skin.

Fold the wanton skin into a triangle shape or a parcel and seal it with water.

Once properly seal, deep fry the wanton or put it an air fryer!

Serve with homemade sweet chili sauce.
