My dad brought cabbage home so I thought of using it for my fried rice and later then I remembered that cabbage easily get spoilt when it's cooked so I came up with this idea #friedricerecipecontest

My dad brought cabbage home so I thought of using it for my fried rice and later then I remembered that cabbage easily get spoilt when it's cooked so I came up with this idea #friedricerecipecontest

In a pan, add oil,sliced onion, garlic and sauté then add your blended scotch bonnet and sauté again

Now add your veggies and cook for few minutes and add all your spices and mix well

Then add your parboiled rice and your water/chicken/vegetable broth and cover untill it's cooked

Now before your rice is done divide your cabbage petals into two and blanch it in a very hot boiling water for 2-3 minutes

When your rice is cooked put some in a shaped bowl and turn upside down on a serving plate

Then put some on the the cabbage and roll it then put it all around the fried rice and then garnish with spiral sliced cucumber
