  • 1/2 tspsugar
  • 2 bunchesspinach
  • 4tomatoes
  • 2onions
  • Cooking oil
  • 1/2 litrewater

    Adf water to your meat.Boil your meat till dry of water

    Add in the oil and turn till golden brown. Add onions and tomatoes then let cook.

    Cut your spinach

    Add in the stew with 1/2 cup water.

    Let cook for 5mins then Serve with ugali.
