When I want a different taste from the regular egusi soup, I give it the fried twist... Always a hit with my family.

Boil the properly washed goat meat with onion, and season with Maggi for 8minutes, add the kpomo, stock fish, smoked fish and allow to cook for another 10minutes

Put palm oil in a pot and allow to heat / bleach mildly, add onion then add the grounded egusi and continue to stir on low heat to avoid burning, fry for 8minutes, then pour in the grounded crayfish,

Continue to stir evenly for 2 minutes, add the meat and fish with the stock, allow to cook for 5minutes, Add pepper, Maggi and a little salt,

Allow to cook for 3 minutes stir thouroghly, add finely chopped pumpkin leaves, and serve with any swallow of your choice.
