My favourite cake with a little more flavour

Sieve flour, cocoa and baking powder and set aside.

Mix buttermilk with red food colour and set aside

Line your cupcake tray

Beat butter and sugar until light and fluffy
- 5
Add eggs and vanilla and beat some more

Alternate between the flour mixture and buttermilk starting and ending with the flour mixture

Fold in some dusted chocolate chips. (Dust with a little flour to prevent them from sinking in the cake batter)

In a separate utensil, mix the vinegar and baking soda and quickly fold into the cake batter

Scoop into your ready cupcake tray and bake at 175 degrees in a preheated oven for 18 to 20 mins or until a toothpick inserted in the centre comes out clean

When cooled, decorate with your favourite frosting. Happy baking and enjoy.
