  1. 1 cupGreen moong dal
  2. 1Varagu rice
  3. 1 inchGinger
  4. 3Red chilli or green chillies
  5. 1 pinchHing
  6. 1 sprigCurry leaves
  7. As neededCoriander leaves
  8. To tasteSalt

Steps

10 minutes
  1. 1

    Soak green moong dhal and Varagu together for 4-6 hrs.

  2. 2

    Grind them with remaining ingredients to a smooth batter. 

  3. 3

    Drizzle the tawa and prepare like usual dosa.

  4. 4

    Serve it with chutney of your taste or with Gun Powder.
