Stuffed tomatoes

In a strainer add poha and wash it properly, keep aside.

Wash tomatoes and cut in chex from bottom and remove seeds. Keep seeds in a bowl to add into poha.

Heat oil in a pan, add jeera and wait to crackle. Then add hing, chopped onions, chilli and ginger paste together. Saute for a while. Meanwhile Add turmeric powder, chilli powder, chaat masala, garam masala, sugar and lemon juice into washed poha.

Add poha into pan and mix well. Sprinkle some water and cover with lid for 2-3min..

Add tomato seeds, and mix well and cook for 2min. Let it cool down a little.

Stuff poha into tomato, and press a little so it doesn't come out.

Heat butter in a large skillet, add stuffed tomatoes and give a little quick stir to coat butter. Not need to mix with spatulas. Just hold pan on top of flame and move it in circular clockwise for 10-15 sec. This will make tomatoes hot and shiny.

Top with pomegranate seeds, coriander leaves and sev.

Serve hot.
