Ingredients

  1. 135 gplain flour
  2. 1 tspbaking powder
  3. 1/2 tspsalt
  4. 2 tbspcaster sugar
  5. 130 mlmilk
  6. 1large egg
  7. 2 tbspmelted butter and slightly cooled

Steps

  1. 1

    Sift and mix the dry ingredients in a large bowl

  2. 2

    In a separate bowl lightly whisk the wet ingredients

  3. 3

    Add wet ingredients into the dry ingredients, whisk till the lumps disappear. Let the batter sit for a while.

  4. 4

    Cook on a non stick pan over medium heat.
