Soak wheat overnight in water

Remove from water drained,and grind in grinder to make coarse texture

In pressure cooker heat 1 tbsp ghee,add wheat

Roast wheat till light brown

Remove wheat in bowl

Now add i tbsp ghee in cooker,add hing,cumin seeds,ginger paste

Roast them,add moong and wheat in

Add salt,red chilli powder,sugar,haldi,mix well

Add 4 cups water

Cover the lid

Take 3 whistle

Remove in a bowl from cooker

Sprinkle curry leaves and coriander leaves
