Mix all the ingredients together and then add water as per requirement to make it not so watery and cover it for 10 -15 minutes.

Then brush the apam pan and pour batter in it and cover the lid for 2-3 minutes in low flame.

Then cook both sides of it.

Switch off the flame and your mixed veggies oats apam is now ready.

Serve hot with tomato ketchup and a cup of hot cardamom ginger tea.
