Alvi patra with besan
Steps

Clean arbi leaves in mixing bowl add besan, salt, haldi, oil,baking soda, curd chutney, garam masala, garlic mix very well.

Now take leaves spread mixer of besan equal level put on anthor leaves. step by step spread besan on leaves now tight roll.

Put for steam for 30 minutes. Check it is cook well off the flame, cool it then cut into round piece in another pan, put oil add mustard seed,hing,curry leaves for tadka,pour patra and garnish with Coriander.
