Ingredients

  1. 4carrot clean and finely chopped
  2. 2-3tomatoes chopped
  3. 1 cupfresh matar
  4. small pieceGinger chopped
  5. 2green chilli chopped
  6. 1 tspOil
  7. 2-3curry leaves
  8. 1 tspCumin seed
  9. 1/2 tspsugar
  10. Salt as per taste
  11. 1/2 tspTurmeric powder
  12. 1/2 tspRed chilli powder
  13. 1/4 tspCoriander powder
  14. 1/2 tspamchur powder

Cooking Instructions

    In a cooker add oil thn add cumin, curry leaves, asafotedia, then add matar, carrot, ginger, chilli, tomatoes and all spices mix nicely.

    Give 2-3 whistle your vegetables is ready to serve.
