Ingredients

  1. 4capsicum
  2. 3-4 tspbesan
  3. Salt as per taste
  4. 1/2 tspTurmeric powder
  5. 1/2 tspcumin seed
  6. 1/2 tspfennel seed
  7. 2-3 tspOil
  8. Red chilli powder as per taste
  9. 1/2 tsp cumin powder
  10. 1/2 tspaamchur powder
  11. 1/4 tspHing

Cooking Instructions

    In one pan dry roast besan nicely till fragrance comes out.Take another pan Heat the oil in that add cumin and fennel seed and hing.then add chopped capsicums.

    Sauté capsicum 2-3 mins then add all spices and salt mix nicely after 1-2 min add roasted besan then mix nicely cook 2-3 mins till besan nicely coat on capsicum.sabji is ready to serve with kadi Chawal or hot chapatis.
