Ingredients

5 servings

11/2 cuppre cooked rice
Pre cooked peas and carrots
2medium sized onions
2tomatoes diced
Green and red bell peppers
1small sized cucumber
Oil n salt

Steps

1

In a non stick pan fry the onions until translucent
2

Add the cucumber, tomatoes and pepper and stir
3

Add the peas and carrots and stir
4

Add the rice and mix it with vegetables
5

Serve with a stew of choice. Mine served with egg curry
