Cut, wash and boil the meat with seasoning cubes and salt, add chopped onions, add the blended pepper. Boil until well cooked.

When the meat is cooked, add palm oil, add water as required. Add extra seasoning cubes and salt if necessary. Cover and allow to heat a little. Mix the grinded Ogbonno seeds with palm oil and mix. Add to the pot of meat, stir and allow to cook (do not cover the pot) Add the chopped pumpkin leaves and crayfish, stir well. And allow to cook for about 10mins.

Your Ogbonno soup is ready! Enjoy! You can eat it with any swallow of your choice. I ate mine with agidi.
