Add the sliced chicken to a bowl and add the cornflour and toos the chicken strips in the bowl. Heat up the oil and add the onions white and red. Fry for 2 minutes then add the garlic and ginger. Fry for a couple of secounds.

Add the chicken and the chilli and fry on medium heat until chicken is coloured.

Next add the soy sauce mix in. Then the tomato sauce and mix in turn the heat up then add the chicken stock crumble in and mix. Simmer for 3 minutes.

Add the chilli sauce can be hot chilli or a sweet chilli. Mix in and serve hot with a few sesame seeds sprinkled. Serve with Rice or salad.
