Ingredients

  • 1large brinjal
  • 1 tsp eachsalt and turmeric powder
  • 1/2 tspsugar
  • As neededoil

    Put salt, turmeric powder and sugar on the brinjal slices

    Heat oil and fry the brinjal well until brown
