Heat oil and temper Fenugreek seeds and green chillies

Add ginger garlic paste and onion chopped

Saute well adding salt and cumin-coriander powder

As oil separates add cashew nut powder and mix well

Now pour the spinach pureed and cook till raw smell disappears

Add sugar and paneer cubes,mix well

Serve it with chapati or jaan.
