  • Halfripe plantain
  • Foil paper
  • Fresh pepper
  • Onion
  • Salt
  • Palm oil

Steps

    Peel your plaintain and rob palm oil on it very well. Then wrap in a foil paper on the quantity of plaintain YOU want. Make sure you palm oil it very well and wrap on foil paper.

    Then heat up pan with the plaintain in it ans turn in both side for 5mins each. Do not add oil to the pan.

    Meanwhile, cut your onions and pepper and prepare the sauce. In 5mins, all this should be ready.Then check the plaintain and unwrap. This is what you Will get. Then serve with your sauce.
