Peel and slice plantain, heat oil in a pan and fry it till golden brown

Break the egg in a bowl, and chopped onions, carrot, green beans and pepper,add seasoning and whisk the mixture

Pre_ heat 2table spoon of oil in a pan add the egg and fry flipping both sides and serve with fried plantain
