Ingredients

  1. 4eggs
  2. 1potato
  3. 2onions
  4. 1 teaspoonginger paste
  5. 1 teaspooncumin seeds
  6. 6-8 clovesgarlic
  7. 1small tomato
  8. 1 teaspoonjeera powder
  9. 1 teaspoonchilli powder
  10. 1 teaspoongaram masala
  11. 1/2 teaspoonturmeric powder
  12. As neededoil
  13. To tasteSalt

Steps

  1. 1

    Boil the eggs and keep it aside

  2. 2

    Heat a pan with oil and add the cumin seeds. Once it crackles add the potatoes and let it cook

  3. 3

    Remove and keep the potatoes aside and light fry the eggs and keep aside

  4. 4

    Add some more oil if needed and add cumin seeds. Once it crackles, add onions,garlic, ginger paste, tomatoes and saute it well

  5. 5

    Add all powder masalas and saute it well. Once it's well cooked add some salt and mix well

  6. 6

    Add the potatoes and eggs and mix it well. Put some water into this and bring it to boil

  7. 7

    Add garam masala and remove and serve hot with rice
