Matar besan cheela
Steps

Take besan in a bowl. add grind matar,chopped onion,capsicum, tomatoes,green chillies and all spices.

Whisk all the ingredients together along with some water to make a mixture.Add more water to make it's consistency light.

Now take a non stick pan and grease it with few drops of oil.allow it to hot.put some amount of mixture and pour it in the centre.quickly spread it to a round cheela.

Drizzle some oil around the edges and the centre,allow to cook untill the edges leave the pan.

Flip it to the other side.press down the edges with a spatula.fry untill the cheela is cooked completely.
serve hot with chutney or sauce
